Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Be in their original condition with all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or any signs of wear or alteration.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.
  • Returns requested after the 30-day return period.

How to Start a Return

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The email address used to place your order.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for your return.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or you received a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please return your eligible item following our return process and place a new order for your preferred item.
